However, if you receive a product that does not meet our promised standards, we are happy to assist you with a return or refund in accordance with the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Return & Refund
You are eligible for a return or refund only under the following conditions:

The product you received is expired, damaged, or compromised in quality.

The product package must be sealed and unused at the time of return.

The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the purchase invoice or order details.

The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Refund Procedure

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original source of payment (bank account, UPI, or card used at the time of purchase).

Refunds typically take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

The product was damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.

The return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

5. Exchange Policy
Currently, Phoenix Farm Fresh does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order after your refund is processed.
